Moritz Joerling
I am an Assistant Professor in Marketing. In 2020, I made my PhD in Marketing at RWTH Aachen University (Germany). During this time, I was a Visiting Scholar at Kellogg School of Management in 2019. After my PhD, I joined IÉSEG School of Management in Paris for one year as a Postdoc.
In my research, I investigate how individuals’ personality and technologies’ characteristics influence human behavior in human-technology interactions. I am highly interested in how technology should be designed to serve human needs best. My research was published in the Journal of Service Research, and Schmallenbach Business Review. I also serve as ad-hoc reviewer for the Journal of Service Research, Journal of Service Management, and Business Horizons. Before I started my academic career, I was working as Consultant at Horváth & Partners Management Consultants.
